E-Jamaat Registration

With the Dua and Raza of Huzurala TUS, Al–Vazaratus Saifiyah, Mumbai has launched a path-breaking project which aims to facilitate smooth functioning of jamaats internationally, passing on its benefits to each mumin every where in the world.

To achieve this goal, personal data of each moomin needs to be entered in a database through which a permanent identification number will be generated. This personal identification number will be useful for registration at every meeqaat (Ashara, Zikra, etc.) eliminating the need of multiple registrations. Processes like distribution of passes for Qadam-bosi, Waaz etc. will also be expedited smoothly and efficiently.

Please print one “E-Jamaat Head of Family Form” and an “E-Jamaat Family Member Form” for each member of the family (including spouse, children, grand children, etc).

The process of registration consists of four steps :

• Download and print forms as needed.
• Fill out forms for each member of the family.
• Attach two pictures of each member of the family in Topi/Rida (size 1” X 1”) with blue background.
• Submit form and pictures to your local assigned representative, scetor incharge or contact your mohallah's tanzeem member.

Only after completing the above steps the registration will be considered valid.

Individual ID cards of every family members bearing Bar code and Photographs will be issued. Every Family will be provided with a home page on Internet and User ID and password will be Emailed to Every family on their given Email Address. By this User ID they will be able to update their family details for any changes in future.
